Grosvenor Casino Nottingham reserves the right at any time without prior notice (a) to enter the premises for inspection purposes, or (b) to conduct searches upon persons entering or remaining within our facilities, with regard to breaches of these Terms and Conditions and applicable laws.

These Terms and Conditions constitute an entire agreement between us and supersede all prior agreements and understandings relating thereto.

13. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, which will also apply to any dispute arising out thereof or in relation hereto, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. MODIFICATIONS TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
